Requests
Dear Parents:
As part of our commitment to quality, we offer this FreshDesk tool to manage your requests. There are four types of requests, as follows:
- Changes in the exit time and vehicle for students that do not use our transport service.
- Requests to improve our services or request certifications about transportation, food, extra class and education.
- Requests to add or suspend our services in transportation, food and extra class.
- Requests about invoicing issues.
- Registration for the next inspiring and joyful parenting workshop.
- The reception hours for requests are Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Registration or deletion of services is only accepted until the 15th of the month immediately before the requested month.
- Requests will be handled in maximum 3 days, unless you choose an urgent priority.

permisos en la salida de estudiantes es hasta las ⏱10:00 a.m., y estará nuevamente disponible a partir de
las ⏱4:00 p.m para solicitudes del siguiente día. Lo anterior con objeto de ofrecer un servicio de
calidad.
