Dear Parents:

As part of our commitment to quality, we offer this FreshDesk tool to manage your requests. There are four types of requests, as follows: 

  1. Changes in the exit time and vehicle for students that do not use our transport service. 
  2. Requests to improve our services or request certifications about transportation, food, extra class and education.
  3. Requests to add or suspend our services in transportation, food and extra class
  4. Requests about invoicing issues. 
  5. Registration for the next inspiring and joyful parenting workshop.
  • The reception hours for requests are Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • Registration or deletion of services is only accepted until the 15th of the month immediately before the requested month.
  • Requests will be handled in maximum 3 days, unless you choose an urgent priority.
