Exploring Nature and Science: Lower Elementary Students’ Journey with Charles Darwin

In Natural and Environmental Science class, students from Lower Elementary, have been making observations of different plants and animals. By learning about the life of Charles Darwin and his discoveries, students realized the importance of being good observers of nature.

Students collected leaves of different shapes and sizes and used them to make leaf prints with paper and crayons. With these prints, we made a mural to decorate the Lower Elementary science classroom.

En la clase de Ciencias Naturales y Ambientales, los estudiantes de Primaria Baja han estado haciendo observaciones de diferentes plantas y animales. Al aprender sobre la vida de Charles Darwin y sus descubrimientos, los estudiantes descubrieron la importancia de ser buenos observadores de la naturaleza.

Los estudiantes recolectaron hojas de diferentes formas y tamaños y las utilizaron para hacer impresiones con papel y crayolas. Con estas impresiones, creamos un mural para decorar el salón de ciencias de Primaria Baja.
