Union of Technologies in Writing

This trimester, third graders have been working with their BYOD electronic devices in combination with their notebooks. They have learned to follow the digitally available instructions to create written documents. They developed the ability to read and use templates, samples, and rubrics to produce quality work while recording their work and producing a portfolio to evidence their learning.

In addition, this work supports the efforts of the English department in the exercise of handwriting and self-assessment of handwritten documents.

The wonderful notebooks they produced and the interactive system they used helped them understand how different technologies combine to produce and store knowledge, At the same time, this helped them develop their motor skills and the ability to create clear, organized and well presented documents.
