20 years as CEO in companies in the real estate and construction sectors. 25 years as a member of Boards of Directors in the educational, industrial, financial and construction sectors. 20 years as a teacher and researcher at the Universidad Externado de Colombia. 22 years as a consultant in the areas of corporate governance, family business management and family business protocols.
