Lately, I keep hearing that we are being watched everywhere: websites, apps, even smart TVs. But it seems that it is impossible to completely avoid this. Are there any real ways to maintain privacy in everyday life if you're not an IT specialist and don't want to delve into complex technical settings? Or is it more of an illusion of control than real protection?

It's almost impossible to completely "hide" on the internet, but it's entirely possible to reduce your digital footprint. Many solutions today are presented under the guise of something else, sometimes even disguised as strange or unrelated projects, such as the page here which at first glance is not about privacy at all. In fact, this is a typical example of how the topic of IP addresses, proxies, and connection quality permeates various areas. For the average person, the main thing is awareness: basic browser settings, a minimum of unnecessary permissions, and an understanding that "free" services often come at the cost of your data.
