The training is based on the work in figures that allow to improve attention, memory and physical condition. The fights and breaks are a controlled way for the student to overcome his own fears. Our psycho-pedagogical plan is structured so that athletes, regardless of their age or physical condition, learn and practice this sport discipline in the three modalities recreational, physical health and competitive. Students learn basic concepts about the history and evolution of Taekwondo, words, actions, terminology and competitive language in Korean. At this moment we have two groups, group A which is made up of children who have the basic fundamentals of swimming such as floating, position in the water and movement of legs and arms, these children are just part of the seedbed. Group B is made up of children who have been in the nursery for some time, they handle all the strokes and within their training they perform routines from 900 m. to 1,500 m. in exercises and practice of the strokes.

In vault they must execute a great run and a jump to a trampoline finished in a strong and safe way. In beam they must learn to propel themselves and have great out of their body especially the arms and with them they must hold themselves during the whole routine.

ECO - Pre Mini Dance
Description: With Initiation Mini Dance, the first approach to a formal process in academic dance begins, working from physical conditioning to dance technique for children. It is based on what was acquired during the previous years in Pre Chiqui Dance and Chiqui Dance, giving continuity, sequence and depth to the initial bases, increasing considerably the degree of difficulty in the corporal, rhythmic and its relation with the scenic space. A process of training in ballet and jazz begins, acquiring the classic postures of both techniques and making choreographic sequences that increase their degree of complexity over the years. The first approach to hip rotation begins for the acquisition of open positions such as the first and second, technical displacements in total space, non-locomotor movements in partial space, small jumps and preparation for turns. Discipline and rigor in dance are encouraged, from the way they comb their hair and dress for class, to the formal structure of a dance class, without forgetting play and improvisation, as fundamental principles of creative ability.

Description: From the rudiments of percussion learned at the specialization level, as well as familiarity with the written medium when playing the instruments of this broad family, are the basis of the thematic content for this workshop. Resources such as body percussion and extra musical signs for the interpretation of a typical repertoire of this instrumental, make this class a niche full of rich experiences for musical interpretation. It is a level of musical vocational development, in which each student faces a competent curriculum at school level and forms groups that participate in festivals and high quality shows. The learning process is based on individual processes seeking step by step complexity in the use of interpretative tools useful for both vocal and instrumental expression. The technical resources of notation are a basic element for the execution of a musical repertoire at this level.

Description: The Junior Orchestra represents Rochester School through the interpretation of diverse musical styles, based on individual responsibility and teamwork. It is part of the School of Music and is made up of students from 2nd to 4th grade. The interpretation of live repertoire and other projects are the means of applying the learning of theoretical musical concepts, as well as fundamental technical skills, always looking for a quality staging. Currently the orchestra is beginning a process of experimentation focused on collective improvisation.
