Application reception hours are Monday to Friday from 4:00 pm to 10:00 am the next day. From 10:00 am to 3:59 pm the platform will be closed due to logistics issues of our services.
Registration or withdrawal of services is only accepted until the 15th of the month immediately preceding the month requested.
Requests will be processed within 3 days unless you choose urgent priority.
