Reconocimiento a la Fundación Educativa Rochester en el Marco de la Celebración del Día de la Excelencia

El viernes, 28 de noviembre de 2025, la Fundación Educativa Rochester - FER fue reconocida por la Secretaría de Educación de Chía, durante la Gala del Día de la Excelencia Educativa, un evento que exalta a las instituciones y organizaciones que aportan de manera significativa al desarrollo educativo del municipio. Este reconocimiento destaca el compromiso sostenido de la Fundación con la sostenibilidad social y ambiental, así como su labor articulada con la comunidad para fortalecer proyectos de alto impacto en el territorio, destacando el compromiso, la innovación y el liderazgo de docentes, directivos, instituciones y organizaciones que día a día construyen la visión educativa del territorio. La jornada, que inició a las 3:00 p.m., contó con la presencia de la Secretaria de Educación, rectores, coordinadores, docentes, administrativos, familias y funcionarios de la Administración Municipal.
La Secretaría de Educación de Chía resaltó el papel de la FER como un aliado estratégico en la construcción de una educación más inclusiva, consciente y orientada al bienestar colectivo. Este logro refleja el profesionalismo, la visión y la dedicación de quienes lideran y hacen parte de la Fundación. Expresamos un especial reconocimiento a su actual Presidente, Patricia Aljure y a su Director Ejecutivo, Luis Posada, cuyo liderazgo ha contribuido de manera decisiva a consolidar este aporte institucional.
Celebramos con orgullo este importante logro que reafirma la presencia y relevancia de la FER como referente en el ámbito educativo local y nacional, y que, de la mano del Colegio Rochester trabajando en colaboración en los proyectos, es un reflejo del maravilloso trabajo en equipo que todos realizan día a dia. Su dedicación y esfuerzo incansable han hecho la diferencia en la vida de muchos estudiantes, y es un honor celebrar la excelencia educativa juntos. ¡Sigamos inspirando y educando con pasión y compromiso!
RECOGNITION TO THE ROCHESTER EDUCATIONAL FOUNDATION AS PART OF THE EXCELLENCE DAY CELEBRATION

On Friday, November 28, 2025, the Rochester Educational Foundation (FER) was recognized by the Chía Department of Education during the Educational Excellence Day Gala, an event that honors institutions and organizations that contribute significantly to the municipality's educational development. This recognition highlights the Foundation's ongoing commitment to social and environmental sustainability, as well as its coordinated work with the community to strengthen high-impact projects in the region, highlighting the commitment, innovation, and leadership of teachers, administrators, institutions, and organizations that build the region's educational vision on a daily basis. The event, which began at 3:00 p.m., was attended by the Secretary of Education, rectors, coordinators, teachers, administrators, families, and officials from the Municipal Administration.
The Chía Department of Education highlighted the role of the FER as a strategic partner in building a more inclusive, conscious, and collective well-being-oriented education system. This achievement reflects the professionalism, vision, and dedication of those who lead and are part of the Foundation.
