Pequeños escritores, grandes historias

En grado Jardín, la escritura espontánea se convierte en una valiosa oportunidad para que los estudiantes expresen sus ideas, desarrollen su creatividad y fortalezcan su proceso de lectura y escritura de manera significativa. A través de esta experiencia, descubren que escribir es una herramienta que les permite comunicar pensamientos, historias y emociones.

Para la creación de sus cuentos, los estudiantes siguieron un proceso compuesto por varias etapas. Primero, dieron rienda suelta a su imaginación, creando personajes, escenarios y situaciones propias. Este momento favoreció la creatividad y la expresión oral.

Luego, realizaron una ilustración que representaba su historia. A partir de sus dibujos, compartieron una lectura de imágenes, narrando oralmente lo que sucedía en sus cuentos. Este ejercicio les permitió enriquecer su vocabulario y fortalecer la secuencia lógica de los acontecimientos.

Posteriormente, cada niño escribió su historia utilizando los conocimientos adquiridos sobre el sistema de escritura. Después, realizaron una revisión junto con su docente, quien les brindó retroalimentación sobre la escritura y la estructura de las palabras. Este acompañamiento les permitió identificar oportunidades de mejora para futuras producciones.

Finalmente, llevaron a cabo la corrección y reescritura de sus textos, fortaleciendo así sus habilidades como escritores en formación.

Más allá del producto final, esta experiencia permitió que los estudiantes comprendieran que escribir implica pensar, crear, revisar y mejorar. Asimismo, favoreció el desarrollo de la autonomía, la seguridad y la confianza en sus capacidades, celebrando cada avance en su camino como lectores y escritores.

Small Writers, Big Stories

In Kindergarten, spontaneous writing provides a valuable opportunity for students to express their ideas, develop their creativity, and strengthen their reading and writing skills in a meaningful way. Through this experience, they discover that writing is a powerful tool for communicating thoughts, stories, and emotions.

To create their stories, students followed a process consisting of several stages. First, they unleashed their imagination by creating their own characters, settings, and situations. This stage encouraged creativity and oral expression.

Next, they created illustrations representing their stories. Using their drawings as a guide, students participated in a picture walk, orally narrating the events taking place in their stories. This activity helped enrich their vocabulary and strengthen their understanding of story sequence.

Afterward, each child wrote their story using the knowledge they had acquired about the writing system. They then reviewed their work with their teacher, who provided feedback on spelling, word structure, and ways to make their messages clearer. This guidance helped students identify opportunities for improvement in future writing projects.

Finally, students revised and rewrote their texts, further strengthening their skills as developing writers.

Beyond the final product, this experience allowed students to understand that writing involves imagining, creating, revising, and improving. It also promoted independence, confidence in their abilities, and pride in their growth as emerging readers and writers, celebrating every step of their learning journey.
