¡Tú también puedes ser un Eco-Héroe!

Los estudiantes de Transición ABCD, en sus clases de Artes Visuales, trabajaron en la creación de personajes teniendo en cuenta la habilidad de Lenguajes Artísticos: “Reconozco, imagino y represento gráficamente las características de un personaje principal para el desarrollo de una historia ilustrada”, dando vida a su personaje más importante: “El Eco-Héroe”.

Para lograrlo, realizaron diferentes actividades divertidas e indagaron a través de preguntas orientadoras como:

¿Qué es un eco-héroe?

¿Cómo son?

¿Qué poderes tienen?

¿Cómo ayudan al planeta?

¿Existen eco-héroes en la vida real?

¿Cómo puedo ser un eco-héroe desde mi casa?

Esta temática ayudó a sensibilizar a los estudiantes frente a problemáticas ambientales reales como la deforestación, el cambio climático, los incendios y la contaminación, entre otras. Adicionalmente, fomentó su interés por el cuidado y la protección del entorno natural que los rodea y, sobre todo, promovió iniciativas orientadas a posibles soluciones grupales e individuales a partir de cada personaje creado.

Con el propósito de profundizar aún más en esta temática, los estudiantes también construyeron un cómic, en el que no solo fue relevante su personaje de eco-héroe, sino también la elección de una situación ambiental específica para narrarla a través de una historia ilustrada.

You can be an Eco-Hero too!

During their Visual Arts classes, First Grade ABCD students engaged in a creative project focused on character development, applying the Artistic Languages skill: “I recognize, imagine, and graphically represent the characteristics of a main character for the development of an illustrated story.” Through this process, they brought to life their most important creation: “The Eco-Hero.”

To accomplish this, students participated in a variety of enjoyable activities guided by reflective questions such as:

What is an eco-hero?

What are they like?

What powers do they have?

How do they help the planet?

Are there eco-heroes in real life?

How can I become an eco-hero from home?

This project raised awareness among students about real environmental issues such as deforestation, climate change, wildfires, and pollution, among others. Furthermore, it encouraged their commitment to caring for and protecting the natural environment around them and, most importantly, inspired both individual and collective initiatives to propose possible solutions through their characters.

As a culmination of their work, each student also created a comic, highlighting not only their eco-hero character but also a specific environmental situation they chose to illustrate through storytelling.

Remember… you can be an Eco-Hero too!
