Our Pre-K students have learned to solve math problems using different methods such as number bonds, ten frames, number lines, finger counting, link cubes and other concrete material.
On Pi day, Math Show and Tell, students introduced parents, peers and teachers ways to count and relate numerical quantities from 1 – 10.
-PK A, used buttons to count and relate numerical quantities from 1-10.
-PK B, used number line to count up to the number 10.
-PK C used 10 frames, rods, dice and link cubes to count to the number 10.
In addition to showing their logical-mathematical skills, they were able to strengthen leadership and cooperation skills.

Nuestros estudiantes de Prejardín han aprendido a solucionar problemas matemáticos usando diferentes métodos como number bonds, ten frame, number line, conteo con dedos, cubos y otro material concreto.
En el día de Pi day, Show and Tell de Matemáticas, los estudiantes le presentaron a los padres, compañeros y profesores distintas maneras de contar y relacionar cantidades numéricas del 1 – 10.
-Prejardín A uso botones para contar y relacionar cantidades numéricas del 1-10.
-Prejardín B uso number line para contar hasta el número 10.
-Prejardín C uso 10 frame, regletas, dados y cubos de enlace para contar hasta el número 10.
Además de mostrar sus habilidades lógico-matemáticas, lograron fortalecer destrezas de liderazgo y cooperación.
