Descubriendo los símbolos del amor de Jesús

En la clase de Religión, los estudiantes de Kínder exploraron el significado de algunos símbolos cristianos, como la luz y el agua, presentes en distintas celebraciones. Entre ellas, el Bautizo, donde el agua representa la vida nueva, la limpieza del corazón y el amor de Dios que acompaña desde el inicio de la vida cristiana.
Asimismo, reflexionaron sobre celebraciones como la Navidad y la Semana Santa, momentos significativos en los que los cristianos recuerdan con alegría y amor la vida de Jesús, su nacimiento y su mensaje para la humanidad.
Como parte de esta experiencia, cada estudiante elaboró una vela en cartulina, símbolo de Jesús como la luz que guía nuestro camino, y coloreó una gota de agua, recordando su significado en el Bautizo. A través de estas actividades, los estudiantes comprendieron que estos signos nos ayudan a recordar el amor de Dios y a vivir la fe con alegría en la vida cotidiana.
Discovering the symbols of Jesus’ love

In Religion class, Kindergarten students explored the meaning of Christian symbols such as light and water, which are present in different celebrations. Among them is Baptism, where water represents new life, the cleansing of the heart, and God’s love that accompanies us from the beginning of Christian life.
They also reflected on celebrations such as Christmas and Holy Week, meaningful moments in which Christians remember with joy and love the life of Jesus, His birth, and His message to humanity.
As part of this experience, each student created a paper candle symbolizing Jesus as the light that guides our path and colored a drop of water to recall its meaning in Baptism. Through these activities, students understood that these symbols help us remember God’s love and encourage us to live our faith with joy in everyday life.
