In our unit called I LIKE ANIMALS, students used vocabulary related to animals and actions to participate in class conversations, for example, The zebra is running. The lion is drinking water. The giraffe is eating.
Through different activities, students explored some characteristics of the animals, their habitats, and the climate where they live. Likewise, a connection was made with other subjects such as Mathematics and the Integrated Project to strengthen the topics worked on in class.
In the shared classroom, the students have also enjoyed crafts and the use of different materials to learn about animals, satisfying their basic need for fun and implementing constructive habits such as listening.Â
As teachers, we feel successful to see that our students have achieved what was expected for this unit. Congratulations!
