Valores que nos Unen: la Primera Comunidad Cristiana, la Familia y la Escuela

En el grado primero, los estudiantes vivieron una experiencia muy especial en la clase de Religión: relacionaron las características de la primera comunidad cristiana con las de la comunidad escolar y familiar. A través de un organizador gráfico en forma de lluvia de ideas, los niños identificaron que los primeros cristianos compartían lo que tenían, oraban juntos, se ayudaban unos a otros y aprendían con alegría. Al comparar esta comunidad con la familia y la escuela, descubrieron que también allí encontramos valores similares: el amor, la solidaridad, el respeto, la unión y la responsabilidad.

Este ejercicio permitió a los estudiantes reconocer que en cada comunidad donde participan —la familiar, la escolar y la cristiana— es posible vivir mejor si rescatamos valores como la cooperación, la amabilidad, el servicio y el respeto mutuo. En su vida diaria, estos valores son la base para una sana convivencia, fortaleciendo la amistad y el sentido de pertenencia.

Al cerrar la actividad, comprendimos que la primera comunidad cristiana es un ejemplo vivo de fraternidad y unidad en torno a un mismo amor: Jesús. Siguiendo su ejemplo, aprendemos que cuando vivimos en comunidad con respeto, solidaridad y fe, fortalecemos no solo nuestros lazos familiares y escolares, sino también nuestra amistad con Él.

Values That Unite Us: The First Christian Community, Family, and School

In second grade, students had a very special experience in Religion class: they connected the characteristics of the first Christian community with those of their school and family communities.Through a brainstorming activity, children identified that the first Christians shared what they had, prayed together, helped one another, and learned with joy. When comparing this community with their families and the school, they discovered similar shared values: love, solidarity, respect, unity, and responsibility.

This activity helped students recognize that in every community they belong to —family, school, and Christian— life improves when we uphold values such as cooperation, kindness, service, and mutual respect. In their daily lives, these values form the foundation for healthy coexistence, strengthening friendship and a sense of belonging.

At the end of the activity, we understood that the first Christian community is a living example of fraternity and unity centered around the same love: Jesus. Following this example, we learn that when we live in community with respect, solidarity, and faith, we strengthen not only our family and school bonds but also our friendship with Him.
